Bug Description
Ironic SNMP driver does not support UDP-over-IPv6 transport which is a part of SNMP standard and can become a necessity when Ironic management network is IPv6-only.
Adding IPv6 support to Ironic SNMP driver requires minimal code changes and may introduce new configuration option like:
* snmp_transport: tokens like udp/udp4, udp6
This change would not require forking Ironic SNMP driver or introducing new hardware type or migrating existing SNMP configuration.
The same applies to the VirtualPDU tool [1] -- we will just need to teach it picking up the `snmp_transport` option.
