Bug Description

Oneview hardware type does not accept only domain as well as OneView manager_url.
The 'prepare_manager_url' only works when 'manager_url' contains 'http' or 'https'. One should be able to define the OneView 'manager_url' using either 'http', 'https' or just the domain.
