Bug Description
elilo has been removed from most linux distributions, and is no longer widely available in any pre-built form to allow for a deployment to utilize. Elilo's own webpage indicates that the project has been orphaned, and it is classified as abandoned by SourceForge. The last version of elilo was released on 3/29/2013. The version before that in 2011.
In the interest of minimizing operator confusion, it seems appropriate to remove elilo support. The webpage can be found at https:/

Deprecate elilo support
The elilo project has been orphaned and dropped from
the majority of linux distributions. Effectively, it has
already been deprecated by the larger ecosystem, and removal
from ironic only seems appropriate as time goes on.
