single node grenade failed on upgrade ironic phase

When doing ironic upgrade phase grenade failed with the following error:

2017-04-19 20:28:39.832 | ++ /opt/stack/new/ironic/devstack/upgrade/upgrade.sh:main:99 : openstack network show ironic_grenade -f value -c id
2017-04-19 20:28:41.181 | Missing value auth-url required for auth plugin password

After some debugging I found that OS_AUTH_URL is not set since https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack/commit/6ed53156b6198e69d59d1cf3a3497e96f5b7a870.

    Set env variables when all needed files are source

    This patch moves 'source ..openrc admin admin' after we sourced keystone
    variables.
