WSGI configuration documentation is not correct for Ubunty 16.04

i am running ubuntu 16.04 and found some issues when doing 'Configuring ironic-api behind mod_wsgi'

1. there is no etc/apache2/ironic, i saw it was reported at some place and have to download from https://github.com/openstack/ironic/blob/master/etc/apache2/ironic
2. after running 'service apache2 reload' i got an error saying
Invalid command 'WSGIDaemonProcess', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

solve is to install libapache2-mod-wsgi then restart apache2
