Bug Description
Currently there two clean steps supported by DracRAID class in Ironic: create_
There should be a way (possible by introducing new clean step) to convert disks in a server in a RAID-ready operational mode.

Dell does not have any active driver maintainers in the community at this time, and the community is in the process of deprecating their drivers. As such, moving this to wontfix.
