[RFE] Collecting log files related to a clean step

Currently ironic doesn't support collection of log files related to a clean step from the ramdisk once the clean step is completed.
This RFE proposes the support to collect a list of log files from the ramdisk and this change will be useful when some specific log files has to be collected after the clean step completion.
Each clean step will be aware of its corresponding log files, if any, and it can be collected as part of 'post clean step hook'.

Set it to triaged, as I don't see any patches related to it yet. The proposal itself makes sense to me, tho not sure should we send the logs after each clean step of after the whole cleaning completes.

Thanks for the rfe. It isn't clear to me where the log files will be put and what the connection is between a clean step and its log file. I'd probably be fine with a more detailed description in the bug, but tagging this with needs-spec to indicate that there isn't enough information for me.
