Bug Description

We should document what are the current available (by default) cleaning steps in Ironic. There's a document about the whole cleaning mechanism at [0] but it's missing a list (perhaps per driver ?) of what are the available cleaning steps upstream.

Documented for IPA: https://docs.openstack.org/ironic-python-agent/latest/admin/hardware_managers.html
Drivers now seem to mention clean steps per feature, e.g. https://docs.openstack.org/ironic/latest/admin/drivers/redfish.html
