Bug Description

Ironic has begun publishing an API Reference Guide to: http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/baremetal/

This supercedes the older sphinx/wsme autogenerated guide here: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/webapi/v1.html

The latter page should be removed or replaced.
