Bug Description

API clients should be able to search and filter nodes by arbitrary properties, such as those in node.properties, node.driver_info, etc. This allows scheduling systems to find nodes with the desired resources easier and with better performance, as well as allow operators and other tools to be able to find particular (groups of) nodes better.
