Bug Description

when node's console enabled(for exmaple shellinabox), we have a shellinabox service running with the console related node properties like terminal_port, address, and username, but when someone tries to update them, shellinabox service is still running with the old properties, should we need to add some logic here to remind operators that they need to restart the console or deny the update action when console enabled.
