Bug Description

iRMC oob inspection failed due to InvalidMAC exception.

When iRMC out-of-band is executed, iRMC inspection failed due to InvalidMAC exception as follows:

ERROR ironic.conductor.manager [-] Failed to inspect node c8d06c0c-5250-454b-85c2-af857bcc8fdf: Expected a MAC address but received N^N.

In order to fix this problem, MAC address needs to be normalized from OctetString type to "aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff" form.

    Normalize MAC OctetString to fix InvalidMAC exception

    This patch adds a step of MAC OctetString normalization to fix
    InvalidMAC exception in iRMC inspection module.
