Bug Description

In http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/deploy/install-guide.html#pxe-setup, it was suggested to install tftpd-hpa, but in the next part of "Enable tftp map file“ , the command was for tftpd. You can't use that for tftpd-hpa

    Add xinetd and its TFTP configuration in Install Guide

    In "PXE setup", it was suggested implicitly use xinetd to manage
    tftp server. So add xinetd to prerequisite packages. Also add an
    example about how to configure xinetd with tftp.
