Bug Description

OpenStack Ironic Service provides support for image based deployments to baremetal servers. It is proposed to add support for UEFI enabled servers in Ironic
To enable Support for UEFI enabled systems in Ironic, we need to enable:
1. PXE for UEFI.
2. Deploy images for UEFI Boot.
3. Initialization of disk using GPT format.
4. Creation of Image with UEFI boot images (*.efi files).
5. Creation of EFI partition on target.
6. Setting proper NV RAM Variables pointing to EFI files for Local Boot.
