fix docker service name

In the install guide documentation for Ironic on the section of CoreOS tools:

the name for the docker service is currently as docker.io, however the correct name is docker.

I think it depends on ubuntu version I think, so can not special a fix service name, if you are in Ubuntu 14.04+, use docker.io instead of docker.

The operating system used as test environment was Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS. The package name used for installation was docker.io, however the service name is docker - and it is written in the official documentation as docker too: http://docs.docker.com/engine/installation/ubuntulinux/

    Fix docker.io bug in the Install Guide

    Currently the Install Guide section regarding CoreOS images
    and how to build them names the "docker" service "docker.io",
    which is wrong. This patch fixes this.
