Bug Description

I would like to use the iboot power driver w/ an IPA agent based deployment. We seem to be missing an entrypoint for this driver combination in Ironic.

    Add agent_iboot entrypoint

    This patch adds a new driver combination/entrypoint so that
    the Iboot power driver can be used with an IPA agent
    based deployment workflow.
