docs published for previous releases overwrite current developer docs

Normally, these are published after every commit is merged to the openstack/ironic project, and so the developer references online stay current. We are in the Mitaka cycle right now, and the latest Ironic version to be released was 4.2.x
However, the website above indicates, in the footer, that it is showing documentation for "ironic 2015.1.2". It seems that we just had a case where a release tag was pushed for a patch update to the previous stable/kilo release, and the doc publish job overwrote the website with that 6-month-old documentation!

FWIW, I think we should be publishing docs for previous releases -- they should just be in a different location :)
