Bug Description
Using the new IPA deployment ramdisk with an iboot power manager...
The deployment can issue a REBOOT command to the iboot power manager. This is effectivly implemented as sequential power off, power on commands within the driver... that can occur so fast that the actual machine doesn't reboot propertly. We should add a default sleep value (probably 5 seconds or so) to allow real machines to properly reboot.
