Add ironic.conf.sample to .gitignore

Bug Description

Ironic has lot of problems on trying to keep the ironic.conf.sample fresh, we have to generate the conf file every time when we changed something that is touched the conf file.
I suggest add the file to the .gitignore. It should be generated during the deployment.

Having ironic.conf.sample (even somewhat outdated) in tree is pretty valuable to quickly look up some option IMO.

Yep, but we can generate the local copy of the file when It is necessary. Many Openstack projects are doing this in the same way.
