Bug Description
We got the following situation downstream: https:/
During deploy the BMC started failing, and node could no longer leave maintenance mode. But it was also impossible to delete it, as state was ERROR and instance_uuid was assigned. The whole stack could not be deleted due to undeletable nodes.
I suggest allowing 1. deleting nodes in maintenance mode, 2. unsetting instance_uuid in maintenance mode as the last resort for the operator.
