Bug Description

When setting the maintenance mode to off via the node-update API (PATCH /v1/nodes/(node_uuid) {op: replace, key: maintenance, value: off}), the maintenance-reason field should be cleared.

This was brought up in Dec 1st weekly meeting [1] and mentioned in the blueprint for "Add maintenance reason field" [2].
