Tempest job failed due to Keystone auth errors

In http://logs.openstack.org/05/108305/1/gate/gate-tempest-dsvm-virtual-ironic/288398b/console.html a lot of the tests failed due to:

2014-08-21 17:49:43.437 | IdentityError: Got identity error
2014-08-21 17:49:43.437 | Details: Unexpected status code 400

In Keystone around the time of one of the failures I see:

[:error] [pid 24747:tid 140614293669632] 24747 TRACE keystone.middleware.core XMLSyntaxError: Malformed declaration expecting version, line 1, column 6

Not sure whether the problem is on Ironic's side or Keystone's, but I wanted to get a bug open in case someone else runs into it.

These look specific to the XML client tests. FWIW, the failing virtual-ironic job disables tenant isolation and relies on the devstack demo tenant.

    Ensure PYTHONHASHSEED=0 for the 'all' tox env

    This removes the setenv override and sets the required
    PYTHONHASHSEED=0 for the 'all' tox target, which devstack-vm-gate.sh
    ends up calling for the current Ironic job.
