Bug Description
Currently, not all migrations are supported on SQLite, e.g. changing UNIQUE constraints. Currently it simply means, that we can't run tests on SQLite, as our migrations do not succeed. We should decide, whether we are going to support running tests on SQLite at all. If not, we should remove all mentions of SQLite from our QuickStart Guide.
