Bug Description
Uniques and indexes for nodes table aren't created for sqlite backend.
I prefer not to edit existing migration, or create new one for sqlalchemy-migrate, but fix this in tests, in such way it wont break backward compatibility.
Uniques and indexes creations for all backends will be fixed in alembic initial migration
