Bug Description

1.Ironic-UI Installation actually has two chapters, Manual installation and Installation with DevStack. But only one chapter(
2.In Installation with DevStack chapter, some format need modify.
Example:
The Ironic Bare Metal Provisioning plugin should now be visible in the Horizon navigation.
3.In Installation with DevStack chapter, shall we need move '6.Run JavaScript unit tests by either:' to below 5. ？
