[RFE] Physical Network information on the port object

In Ironic 9.x, network information was added to the port object (https://specs.openstack.org/openstack/ironic-specs/specs/not-implemented/physical-network-awareness.html#data-model-impact). It is a normally blank field that defines the physical network information for Neutron (https://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/baremetal/#id74).

In order to make this available for use, we need to:
 - update the microversion for the API client to 1.34
 - make the field visible in the UI
 - the field should be editable on all ports, but not portgroups.
