Bug Description
Ironic has moved away from vif information being stored in the extra field to a first class API end point that can be utilized to attach, and detach interfaces to nodes. This is enabled at nearly any time, as long as the node is not in long running states, and means a user could take a neutron port and tell ironic to attach it.
