UI has no way to get/set a node's current boot device

Bug Description

The UI does not provide a way to (1) get a node's current boot device, (2) set a node's current boot device.

The "get" side was implemented in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/447085/ (now merged); "set" has yet to be done.
