UI lacks support to abort a cleaning step

Bug Description

Introduced in protocol version 1.13 allows a user to submit a provision_state verb of `abort` in order to request the current cleaning step to be aborted, if possible.

Peter has indicated that he has started work on this with part of the state machine support changes he has been putting in place in order to support abort.
