Bug Description
For a long time block device information originating form lsblk and udev is handled in a mutually exclusive way during root disk selection.
Current behaviour:
At the moment disk serial coming from lsbk is prioritized over serial coming from udev. Within udev the so called "short" serial is prioritized over the long serial.
Proposal:
The ``mix and match`` approach would allow IPA to collect and match disk serial and wwn root device hints against all values coming from both lsblk and udev at the same time.
Reasoning:
The "mix and match" approach is necessary to handle edge cases where the serial and/or wwn information is different in ``lsblk`` compared to ``udev``.
