ipa should get interface address of IPv6

Bug Description

When inspect host over one IPv6 network, as IPA just get IPv4 address of interfaces, this will lead to ip of all network interfaces is None. then the collected data will be post to ironic-inspctor,if options of add_ports in ironic_inspector.conf is configured to active, then validate_interface in ironic-inspector will failed because of no interface with ip found.
So get IPv6 address of network interface when inspecting host is necessary.
