Bug Description
The agent can be instructed to cache an image through the standby extension. However, if the agent is rebooted after completing the cache operation, then the agent will have an image cached, but not have a record of it.
A mechanism should be added to allow the agent to recall the cached image and re-verify its existence after boot.
