Bug Description

Processing inspected data from IPA, ironic inspector only get IPv4 address of network interface when validate interface. Over one IPv6 network, this will lead to get None interface with IP, when add_ports is configured to active, inspector will raise Error: No suitable interfaces, this is not what we expect.
So, here we should also validate whether network interface has one IPv6 address when in function validate_interface
