Introspection status is deleted after some time

Introspection status data is removed after some time (1 week by default) [1].

Problem:
For use case when this data is used to determine whether node has been introspected or not,removing it causes node to appear as not introspected after the time expires.

Expected result:
Introspection Status is kept for the lifetime of the node, so it is possible to determine if node has been introspected or not at any point of time.

I agree. We used to do it before we were able to sync deleted nodes with ironic. Now we are, so it makes little sense.

    Deprecate removing old status and disable it by default

    We no longer have to do it, now that we can remove statuses for removed nodes.
