Add network separation caveats to Inspector documentation

W/r network separation support[1], Inspector is going to assume a flat-network-only operation to avoid having to deal with network configuration during node introspection.
As a consequence, having configured network separation, the user might feel e.g the POST@/v1/introspection/<node_id> endpoint is broken as Inspector won't plumb the node to the provisioning network on user's behalf.
We should therefore describe this caveat in our docs [2,3].
