[RFE] Make it possible to send/replace node data via uuid/data/unprocessed API

Bug Description

We've added the POST uuid/data/unprocessed API endpoint for rerunning introspection, this is done by sending an empty POST body, if a POST is sent with a populated body, then it should set the node's unprocessed data, and trigger processing of that data.
