[RFE] Inspector driver should allow loading image from Glance

Unlike discoverd itself, Ironic does manage its TFTP directory. To be consistent with deploy process DiscoverdInspect should load discovery image from Glance to cache. ImageCache refcounting will be used to handle deletion.

Since inspector uses IPA ramdisk, is this RFE still actual or are there any other wishes according this?

It seems this bug is older that the one at the link and may be updated somehow

Let's revisit this one after 1528920.

This wishlist bug has been open more than a year without any activity. I'm going to move it to "Opinion / Wishlist", which is an easily-obtainable queue of older requests that have come on. This bug can be reopened (set back to "New") if someone decides to work on this.
