Bug Description
a) app should check for update when it is run initially
b) app should check for update when once per 30 mins thereafter in case app is continuously run
c) no display needs to be shown while its doing the checking
d) if there is a newer version then show msgbox saying
"Newer version exists."

"to download newer version"
