Traceback::equals should compare StackFrames in reverse order

Bug #301160 reported by Jamu Kakar on 2008-11-23

Bug Description

The first few frames on the stack are always identical, so we pay
the cost of comparing them every time equality checks are performed.
If we compare the frames in reverse order, the cost of comparing two
dissimilar tracebacks will be cheaper because only a single frame
will need to be compared.
