Dependency on libfixposix not obvious during quickload process

Bug Description
Quickloading iolib doesn't report that you also need to build libfixposix outside of lisp, which causes build failures when attempting to use it in other libraries, such as dbus. Can this be stated explicitly during the quickload process?
