Bug Description
Adding possibility to show preview alongside the editor in one / or two separate window/s. If possible let users place preview & editor wherever they want (even one upon the other?).
Hint: Showing preview and editor alongside in two separate windows is already possible by showing preview in the users webbrowser (~/.InyokaEdit/

With version 0.4.0 it will be possible to show the preview alongside the editor. Preview will be reloaded on pressing Enter/Return or F5 or the preview button in tool bar. To activate this feature, the following settings have to be done in ~/.InyokaEdit/
