Choosing "None" from Autoinstall or Boot CD combos changes VM mode

Bug Description
Clicking on the combo boxes for either "Autoinstall" or "Boot CD" in the Create a New VM form and then deselecting the combo triggers an onchange event - i.e. it translates to selecting "None". That in turn changes the HVM vs. ParaVM radio buttons as well as the Autoinstall vs. Boot CD radio buttons.
This seems undesirable.
