invirt-reload only reloads invirt services

Bug Description

Currently invirt reload executes everything that starts with "invirt-" in /etc/init.d (using run-parts semantics). This means that any xvm-* scripts in /etc/init.d don't get run.

It would be nice if there was a general way for an Invirt or XVM package to declare that it should be reloaded when invirt-reload runs, instead of invirt-reload having these semantics hard-coded in.

Possibly setting variables that list names of packages to restart in /etc/default/invirt?

Eh...I want this to be something that each package can opt into.

My idea that I like most at the moment is that each package adds a
symlink to /usr/share/invirt-base/something.d
