Should not use DEB_TRANSFORM_FILES with generated conffiles

It looks like the only mistake is /etc/postgresql/8.3/main/postgresql.conf in invirt-database, which should use /usr/share/postgresql/8.3/postgresql.conf.sample instead.

Anders committed a fix to this in r2798, but we're behind on pushing code from subversion to our servers.
