Bug Description
It'd be awesome if I could get power controls (power on/off, reboot, maybe even change boot CD) on the same page as the VNC console, so that when I'm doing initial dev on the machine that may require rebooting a lot and booting from a LiveCD to fix things when I render it unbootable, I can do it from a single page.

In the info page, after choosing a boot CD and clicking Reboot, VM boots with *old* CD.
If we want to boot new CD in Console page, maybe this should also be fixed.
