Move /etc/invirt/master.yaml

The YAML config file for Invirt was originally put at /etc/invirt/master.yaml, but this filename is sort of outdated now that we have /etc/invirt/conf.d

I propose that we move /etc/invirt/master.yaml to /etc/invirt/conf.d/invirt and bypass the special casing.

I think it's nice to have a "main" config file as well as the
directory; conf.d isn't familiar to everyone.

"master.yaml" is definitely an obsolete-looking name, though; it's
"master" in contrast to the cache, but the cache is (and should be) in
/var rather than /etc anyway. So "invirt.yaml" or possibly
"invirt.conf" would be better.
