Bug Description

Intrepid packages getmail4 version 4.7.8.

Jaunty updated to 4.8.1 on 22 Oct 2008.

4.8.1 upstream contains a fix for an issue that prevents 4.7.8 from being used with the ImapGrab script for backing up GMail accounts (per http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1033102).

Correction: the fix is in 4.8.2, which is not yet in Jaunty. I'll close this and try to get Jaunty updated first.
