Bug Description
xdt-autogen patches Makeile.in.in and adds parameters to XGETTEXT, while the Makefile doesn't expect these. The Makefile should be safe for such quoting issues. Causing a hell of build failures building xfce4.

Thanks for the report. I've also put the INTLTOOL_EXTRACT in quotes, to protect against similar issues in the future. If there are any problems, please let me know. intltool 0.51 probably won't come out soon.
