Warnings with po files containing certain text

When building compiz, there are some warnings complaining about po files. Using intltool 0.41.1-2
Below are a list of the warnings followed by a link to the file it's complaining about.

core/po/af.po:5: warning: header field `Language' should start at beginning of line

core/po/uk.po:8: header field `Project-Id-Version' still has the initial default value

These warnings are coming from msgfmt (GNU gettext tools). Eg. try "msgfmt -o /dev/null -cv af.po " and you'll see the same warning. It's a bug in GNU gettext most likely.

You are right, msgfmt throws the same warning. I will move to watching the bug on gnu.org/bugs. Thanks!

I came across the same problem. But surely it can't be that this bug isn't fixed since Oct 2010 ?! Any idea please?
