Bug Description
intltool-merge (0.40.6) doesn't start if no option is given (means: calling it only with intltool-merge PO_DIRECTORY FILENAME OUTPUT_FILE without extra options.)
If
a) it is a bug, than it should be fixed.
b) this is intented, than this behaviour should be documentated in the man page.
